Twenty years of hands on the problem
Kyla Hamilton opened Elite Recovery and Restoration to do the work she kept getting asked for and rarely saw offered close to home. Deep tissue that actually goes deep. Myofascial work that follows the restriction instead of stopping at the sore spot. Sports recovery for the people in Muleshoe who play, coach, farm, and work with their hands.
Two decades in, she has developed a feel for the difference between tissue that needs pressure and tissue that needs to be left alone. That judgment is most of the job.
Come in sore. Leave with more room to move and a clear idea of why it happened.

How a session runs
You talk, she listens
What hurts, how long, what makes it worse. Five minutes here saves half the session later.
Movement check
Range of motion through the affected joints so there is a baseline to compare against next time.
The work
Deep tissue, myofascial, cupping, or stones depending on what the tissue is telling her.
What to do next
Two or three stretches, water, and an honest read on whether one visit will do it.

Quiet, warm, and set up for treatment
Heated table, cupping set, stones ready when you want them. No music you have to pretend to like and no upsell at the door.
